Delete your account
You can permanently delete your My Home Journey account and its data here, or from the app under Profile → Edit Account → Danger Zone.
What gets deleted
- Your login, name, email address and phone number
- Your Home Plan, savings, income, outgoings, deposit and credit-score figures
- Your journey progress and completed lessons
- Notes our team has made about you, and any bug reports and screenshots you sent
- Devices you've marked as trusted
Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. We keep a minimal security log (for example, the fact that an account was deleted and when) that is no longer linked to your account, for fraud prevention and to meet our legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Information already passed to an estate agent or adviser at your request is held by them under their own privacy policy.
Can't get into the email address on your account? Email info@propertylinkhomes.com and tell us the email address your account uses. We'll check it's you and delete it within one month.
